Yum Yum: Greek chicken cutlets...and yummy goat cheese!

We had this for dinner last night:

and it was soooo yummy! But we didn't use mint like the recipe calls for. And we used this goat cheese, which was $2.50...way cheap and yummier than the feta. I've never had goat cheese, but it was so sweet and such a strong flavor...I'm hooked!
