Relax already!

Do you ever get stressed out? I tend to get stressed out a lot. In fact, Aaron calls me "Worst Case Scenario Girl," which is really strange because I used to be a very optimistic and cheery gal. I looked up and found these tips, which I find are really very good ideas.
